The Opportunity As a key member of the Food Leadership team, the Project Execution Lead, Global Food is responsible for delivering all Food project execution commitments to customers. This includes project management, engineering, reporting and governance, and forecasting and planning. Responsibilities Lead teams of project managers, program leads, engineers and analysts to execute orders on time, under budget, with great internal and external communications while exceeding customer expectations. Execute orders that can include any or all of the following: design and build of equipment; service; installation; preliminary engineering; and/or engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC). Responsible for identifying and managing risk across technical, operational, commercial, and contractual parameters on assigned projects/orders. Track internal project performance metrics and communicate overall status to the Food and AGI Leadership Teams. Lead team to successfully forecast project budgets and meet monthly, quarterly and year-end revenue recognition forecasts. Responsible to further develop the organizational structure for efficiency across the products and services AGI food offers. Develop and retain the required talent to maintain a high performing team. Work directly with the SVP Global Food to develop and execute the 3-Year Strategic Plan. Continuously Improve (CI) processes, procedures and tools to drive overall efficiency through project lifecycle. Be the key interface between the Food functions across project delivery and CI. Qualifications Education:

Post Secondary Degree in Engineering or Business 15+ years relevant experience in project management, manufacturing, or engineering. Experience with Food processing equipment a plus. Experience managing projects within a percentage of completion (POC) revenue recognition environment. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. Why AGI?
