Project Executive/Research Executive RPM
The function of this role is to provide support to the UK Ipsos Research team on the day-to-day responsibilities on the relevant client account. These responsibilities could range from supporting continuous tracking data on the full portfolio of products within the client business, to specific ad hoc shorter time frame projects. Working closely with the UK Researchers, you will be involved with tasks and responsibilities that help ensure that the project is both set up and running efficiently end to end, with a view to delivering against project specifications and delighting the client. You’ll be joining a team who are passionate about improving processes and have a creative way of constantly challenging the status quo to find smarter ways of working. Essential Responsibilities and Deliverables Complying with operational scope, and managing budgets, timeline and quality per the project requirements. Support Ipsos UK Research Teams with data management and data analysis. Support preparation of core deliverables using Research Team platforms, techniques and technologies e.g. PowerPoint / Excel / Online portal / etc. Receive raw datasets from data processing and/or research teams (Excel / SPSS/ Survey Reporter/ InfoTools). Check data sets for logical consistency prior to analysis. Manipulate data into correct format for analysis purposes using Excel or SPSS (weighting and processing as relevant). Support analysis according to client’s requirements or objectives. Quality checking key deliverables, ensuring they are delivered accurately and to the highest quality. Populate reports (PowerPoint) and writing commentary to draw out the key learnings and provide recommendations. Update other tools and platforms e.g. Data Portals based on questionnaire changes. Work alongside Research team in delivering bespoke and added-value analysis and insight. Prepare, plan, prioritise and communicate effectively to ensure deliverables are prepared and sent to schedule. Project Management Teams in the UK External: Qualifications Graduates or degree holders in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent. Knowledge & Skills The following skills will be an added advantage but not mandatory: Strong technical skills in data manipulation (e.g. using Excel) or software such as SPSS. Strong general analytical skills using quantitative data. Good command of English. Enjoy working with colleagues across the globe. Ability to multitask. Good time management skills especially working across the globe. Strong commitment to deadlines. Good interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Clear and proactive communication. Can work independently. Disciplined, focused, attention to detail. Fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
