Key Responsibilities: Serve as the Authorised Person, expertly managing critical mechanical isolations. Champion safety, ensuring all projects comply with strict health and safety policies and standards. Participate in project management meetings to ensure alignment and understanding. Oversee the installation and removal of systems, ensuring their flawless operation. Collaborate with clients, providing essential data and insights for decision-making. Coordinate project works with Business As Usual (BAU) activities. Prepare comprehensive reports, offering insights that drive excellence. Identify issues and opportunities for enhancement in integration. Assist in the preparation and execution of critical shutdowns, showcasing your precision and expertise. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience managing critical environments and life-safe infrastructure. Expertise as an Authorised Person for Mechanical Systems. Technical proficiency in building services, including UPS systems, PLCs, cooling, and water treatment. Strong understanding of health and safety obligations in maintenance and project activities. Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, ensuring compliance with contractual standards and site rules. Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Extensive experience managing critical environments and life-safe infrastructure. Strong commitment to health and safety, ensuring adherence to stringent policies and standards. Technical skills spanning critical cooling systems to HV/LV electrical infrastructure. Ability to optimize performance and maintain precision across functional areas.
