Technical proficiency in building services, including UPS systems, PLCs, cooling, and water treatment. Strong understanding of health and safety obligations in maintenance and project activities. Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, ensuring compliance with contractual standards and site rules. Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Extensive experience managing critical environments and life-safe infrastructure. Strong commitment to health and safety, ensuring adherence to stringent policies and standards. Technical skills spanning critical cooling systems to HV/LV electrical infrastructure. Ability to optimize performance and maintain precision across functional areas.
