Project Lead Engineers

to join a growing team, working on cutting-edge technology for space, earth observation, astronomy, and high-energy physics applications. The

Project Lead Engineer

will report to the Lead Engineering Manager and will be responsible for leading the

design, development, and verification

of products throughout the project life cycle. This role requires expertise in tailoring project governance and life cycle processes to mitigate risks and ensure successful delivery. This is a

multidisciplinary engineering role , requiring oversight and review of various functional engineering team inputs. The Project Lead Engineer will also serve as the

main technical point of contact

with customers. Key Responsibilities Provide clear

technical leadership and direction

to the project team. Generate and maintain the

Engineering Management Plan . Ensure

engineering governance

throughout the project life cycle. Identify and manage

technical risks and opportunities , including mitigation and capture activities. Support bid processes and contribute to

technical proposal writing . Oversee

configuration control

of technical aspects of the product and project. Essential Skills & Experience Broad

engineering knowledge

across multiple disciplines. Ability to

manage customer expectations

and prevent scope creep. Strong

technical presentation and document writing
