Are you detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining and improving quality systems? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Lead to support the day-to-day running of a robust Quality Systems within a highly regulated environment.

About the Role The role focuses on ensuring processes and procedures align with international standards, including AS9100, while meeting the needs of operational teams. Your expertise will support internal and external audits, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and develop local procedures and forms within the document management system. Conduct internal audits and manage the internal audit program. Facilitate external audits by regulatory and certification bodies. Support operational teams in addressing audit findings, including root cause analysis investigations. Review employee competency and issue stamp authority. Collaborate with central QMS teams to localize and implement policies and processes. Identify and implement improvement projects to enhance system performance.

About You We are looking for a meticulous and motivated professional with the following qualifications and skills: Essential: Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, preferably AS9100 or similar. Experience in precision engineering or other highly regulated industries. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Exceptional attention to detail.
