Educated to GCSE level or equivalent (Grade C/4) in 5 subjects including Maths & English Experience of teaching/training/demonstrating or coaching young people An understanding of Youth/community work and barriers faced by marginalised communities Strong organisational ability with experience of leading the delivery of a programme Excellent communication skills with experience of tailoring content to suit a variety of audiences and supporting young people to achieve their potential About The Role:
Recruit young people onto the NHS Cadets Programme and encourage those enrolled to maximise opportunities available to them Supervise St John Ambulance youth support staff and volunteers to deliver the programme Support as needed with the evaluation of the programme and the production of reports Deliver the programme effectively ensuring the content is engaging and administration is completed Perform any other duties commensurate with these responsibilities, the band of the post and skills and qualifications of the post-holder.
