Loc8me is looking for a forward-thinking and proactive

Project Lead

to oversee and lead projects focusing on

systems, software implementation, and staff training & development . The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in improving and streamlining our operations through technological advancements and comprehensive training programs to support company growth. Key duties and requirements include:

Lead the end-to-end management of system and software & training projects, from requirements gathering to execution and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and implement new software solutions to improve operational efficiency. Maintain and enhance existing software systems by coordinating upgrades, troubleshooting, and providing user support. Develop a deep understanding of the company's business processes to identify and implement the best software solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, and project outcomes are aligned with business goals. Use project management methodologies to ensure smooth project execution. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and any required interventions. Design training video content infrastructure and deliver comprehensive training programs for staff to enhance their understanding and usage of systems and software. Create a culture of continuous learning by developing and rolling out ongoing training and development initiatives. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs, adjust content as needed, and ensure staff members are adequately supported. Work closely with internal stakeholders (property managers, lettings teams, etc.) to ensure systems and training are aligned with business needs. Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Lead change management initiatives when new systems or processes are introduced, ensuring minimal disruption to the business. Support teams through transitions, offering resources and guidance to adapt to new systems. Proven experience in project management, particularly in systems and software implementation. Experience in training and development, with a passion for upskilling teams. Strong knowledge of property management software and other business technologies used in the lettings industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical teams. Experience in change management and driving technology adoption across a company. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with project management tools. Experience working in the student housing/lettings industry is highly advantageous. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) are preferred. Experience with data analytics to measure the success of system implementations and training programs.
