Project Management Apprentice - Degree Level 6 Bristol 40 hours per week Please note that the deadline for applications will be 31st March 2025 with a view to hold interviews in April 2025. Your new role: We are looking for a Project Management Apprentice to join our Project Management team supporting project delivery and/or bid activity. What you’ll be doing: Liaising between customers and suppliers across multiple countries and time-zones Support team organisation and communications plans Creation and maintenance of project schedules Use appropriate planning techniques to help identify project resource requirements and manage availability with functional managers Work with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure contract baselines, plans and schedules are maintained in line with agreed contract changes Support the development & maintenance monitoring & control of project deliverables Efficiently deliver clearly focused customer & company project financial and schedule performance reporting Support and maintain the production of project risk & opportunity registers, arranging regular reviews and communicating in monthly reporting cycle Support development of project management capability to support business & company growth (including managing own personal development) What you’ll bring: 3 GCE “A” Levels at Grades A to C or equivalent Proficient IT skills in all standard Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word Training & support: To help you make the most of your time with L3Harris, you’ll be supported by: A full induction A line manager, early careers manager, mentor and buddy You will receive on the job training and have access to a wealth of online resources to support your personal and professional development Access to join our Employee Resource Groups to broaden your network We also provide mental health and wellbeing schemes Additional benefits: At L3Harris, we value and appreciate everything our people do for us and offer a really attractive package.
