Expected to work approximately 3 days per week, splitting their time between the Stevenage and Portsmouth sites. Job Summary The candidate will play a key role in accompanying the development of the Control Room and will report to the Scalian project manager in France. Key Responsibilities Support the interviews of UK Major Modules Leaders to identify and map the current “AS IS” situation in terms of Key Performance Indicators and the “TO BE” situation. Deliver a mapping of the Key Performance Indicators (owner, frequency, governance, methodology, reliability). Facilitate the collection of the data and tools used. Work in collaboration with Scalian core team to identify the relevant technical environment to set up the integrated Control Room. Participate in the development of the Control Room design. Involve stakeholders to actively participate in the activities. Participate in the reporting tasks, sharing the progress and the issues encountered. Depending on the UK's needs, support the improvement of the Key Performance Indicators collection, monitoring, and related corrective measures. A key aspect of this role is to capture the needs and constraints of the UK OneSat team and be able to engage the stakeholders in this initiative. Skills and Competencies Preferred experience as PMO or related in the aerospace industry. Autonomous, pro-active, with listening and analytical skills; ability to synthesize; ability to work in a complex environment; team spirit.
