Project Management Officer (PMO)

to support the successful delivery of key projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of large-scale digital transformation initiatives, enhancing your project management skills in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Project Coordination

– Track project progress, ensuring budgets, timelines, and key milestones are met. Documentation & Reporting

– Maintain project documentation, risk logs, status reports, and dashboards for stakeholders. Risk & Issue Management

– Identify potential risks and escalate issues when necessary. Stakeholder Communication

– Facilitate collaboration across project teams and key stakeholders. Meeting & Resource Management

– Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and assist in resource allocation. Process Improvement

– Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and efficiency. What We’re Looking For: 1-2 years of experience

in project coordination or project support, ideally in an IT or digital environment. Experience working on

large-scale system integrations or migrations

is highly desirable. Strong understanding of

project management methodologies

(PRINCE2, Agile Scrum, or equivalent). Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

and project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar). Excellent

communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
