Job Description:

Due to growth, we are looking for a number of experienced Project Manager's with experience from within the Pensions or Financial Services sector to join our expanding homebased team on a permanent basis.

If you're the type of person who loves to manage external clients and be involved and run projects - this could be the role for you!

What will you be doing?
  • Identify and report key success criteria / measurements for successful delivery of the project (Cost, Time and Quality)
  • Lead and drive the delivery team, ensure the right calibre of staff are assigned to the project with the relevant skill set profile and ownership.
  • Lead or take ownership of the governance for the Project, ensuring the relevant stakeholders are engaged and accountable for their aspect of the delivery.
  • Ensuring the right culture and attitude is embedded in how we operate to achieve successful business outcomes.
Who are we looking for?
  • Proven project management track record in a delivery environment
  • Pensions experience is essential
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects
  • Demonstrate effective and productive stakeholder management both internally at all levels and with third parties
  • Must be able to lead, motivate and manage cross-functional, multi-disciplined teams
  • Operate effectively in a commercial environment
  • PRINCE 2 foundation or practitioner or industry-standard equivalent qualification
