As a Project Manager at Investec, you will collaborate closely with fellow project managers, analysts, and the IRB Programme Manager. Your mission? To ensure effective change delivery that meets Internal Rating Based (IRB) compliance regulations. What will you be doing? In this role, you will coordinate multiple change delivery inter-dependencies, manage project risks and issues, and maintain clear communication with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

Take ownership of project materials, including steering and board packs. Design and develop a robust project delivery and governance structure to ensure efficient change delivery. Planning and Monitoring:

Plan project schedules and monitor progress. Remove constraints and escalate unresolved issues. Stakeholder Engagement:

Identify and engage key stakeholders. Regular communication is essential for project success. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all regulatory changes are tracked and implemented effectively. Own the Regulatory Traceability Matrix and manage project delivery according to our established methodology. What are we looking for?

Experience:

At least 5 years of project management experience in a financial institution. Experience with regulatory change and large-scale projects is essential. Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships across teams. Facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts. Analytical Skills:

Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and problem-solving techniques. Experience in both IT and non-IT projects is valuable. Special Requirements:

Prepared to manage multiple projects across various areas. May need to execute high-level business analysis tasks. Why Investec?
