We are seeking a Project Manager to support a number of exciting projects, across Leicester, Nottingham, Derby and Lincoln including works for the Ministry of Defence and the regulated water industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead project delivery, collaborating with the delivery director and engineering/design managers to meet project standards and specifications.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including reporting and commercial management.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer/client focus.
  • Work with the PMO to deliver projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, professional teams, stakeholders, and end users.
  • Optimize resource utilization by managing and liaising with project delivery staff.
  • Produce monthly reports on project status, including program, financials, contractual, and resource issues.
  • Promote and drive good practices and cultures within the business, focusing on health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven project management experience or similar role.
  • Working towards or holding NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management, Prince 2, AMP qualification, or equivalent.
  • CSCS Card (black) or relevant industry accreditation.
  • SMSTS training.
  • Knowledge of CDM2015 regulations, particularly the Principal Contractor role.
  • Working towards or holding IOSH or NEBOSH standard
