Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality services? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? If so, West Berkshire Council has an exciting opportunity for you to join our Accommodation Review Programme as a Project Manager. Reporting to the Accommodation Review Programme Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the programme, ensuring the effective management and coordination of accommodation projects across the council. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, including elected members, to drive forward improvements and achieve positive outcomes for our residents. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in project management, ideally within a public sector or local government setting Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Please note this role is fixed term for a year after start date– Funding limited project.
