Salary: £45,000/£55,000 (DOE) + Benefits

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing integrated technology projects within the above sectors. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or risks that arise. Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates and gather feedback. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met. Deliver high-quality results that exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the audio-visual and IT industry, preferably in high-end residential projects. Strong knowledge of AV/IT systems and technologies. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
