About the Role As a Project Manager, you will: Coordinate people, resources, and processes to achieve seamless project execution. Develop and oversee detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and effective allocation. Define project scopes and objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility. Monitor and report on project performance, using advanced tools and systems. Anticipate and manage project risks, providing solutions to keep progress on track. Serve as the central point of contact for all project organization and timeline matters. Key Responsibilities Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for smooth project delivery. Use appropriate methods to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, reporting to senior management as required. Create comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and alignment. About You The ideal candidate will have: A proven background in Automotive Project Management, with strong business, budgeting, and analytical skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. A team-oriented mindset with problem-solving aptitude. A strong educational foundation and hands-on technical experience in automotive or engineering. PMP or PRINCE II certification (essential).
