Yorktel is seeking a Project Manager to join the team! The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and closing of specific projects which have a defined beginning and end with specified deliverables. The Project Manager provides ownership of timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction supported by the Project Engineer owning the technical solution. The PM ensures the project is completed on time and within budget, the project's objectives are met with the desired outcome achieved, and that the project team is fulfilling their roles. The PM should have a detailed understanding of project management principles and methodologies, allowing them to oversee projects to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used, and the different interests involved are satisfied. The knowledge required includes, but is not limited to, strong decision-making abilities, highly developed organizational skills, and effective communication skills at all levels within and externally to the company to explain project management processes. Duties/ Responsibilities:

Plan the project: Define the scope of the project in collaboration with colleagues. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities. Assist with determining the resources required to complete the project. Develop a schedule for project completion. Determine the objectives on which the project will be evaluated at its completion. Implement the project: Execute the project according to the agreed project plan. Complete forms and records to document project activities. Maintain files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured. Monitor the progress of the project and recommend adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project. Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders. Assist in the review of the quality of work completed to ensure project standards are maintained. Control the project: Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the projects. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored. Write reports on the project. Monitor all budgeted project expenditure. Evaluate the project: Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality. Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase. Adhere to Operations Run Books and global processes, contributing regularly to their continual improvement and efficiency. Challenge the status quo, whilst holding the team and all stakeholders accountable. Work directly with clients, architects, consultants, and staff primarily through the delivery process but also presales cycle as required. Communicate effectively with internal staff, client representatives, cooperative trades, and subcontractors. Effectively coordinate and manage multiple projects at one time. Be responsible for successfully completing projects on time and within budget. Call and run lessons learned meetings as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience:

PRINCE2 or similar qualification preferred. Knowledge of video/audio conferencing service standards, IT Products, and applications. Knowledge of SmartSheet desirable. Audio DSP (Polycom, ClearOne, BiAmp) knowledge or certifications desirable. Willingness to pursue and attend additional training related to performance of job.
