Job Summary: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating technology projects from initiation to completion. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced consultancy environment. Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project requirements. Oversee project execution, monitoring progress, and addressing any challenges to ensure successful delivery.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Understand client needs and translate them into actionable project goals and deliverables. Manage client expectations and provide regular status updates, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and consultants, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Ensure team members have a clear understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and deadlines. Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment.

Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Proactively address issues and obstacles, ensuring swift resolution to maintain project momentum.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share lessons learned.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports, including updates on progress, risks, and financial performance. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, meeting minutes, and technical specifications.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology consultancy or similar environment. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members at all levels. Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project. Familiarity with technology and software development processes is highly desirable.
