About the role


The successful candidates will be responsible for project-managing installations across EMEA for one of QCIC’s largest accounts. You will direct and support the service and project activities of multiple operations acting as a point of contact, facilitating internal and external communications.


Travel for this role will be extensive, the successful candidate should expect EMEA travel at least once every 2 weeks. We have numerous roles available on a permanent and temporary basis (minimum of 6 months).


You will effectively drive the execution of the clients’ installation, service, and advanced solutions strategies to exceed client expectations with cost-effective solutions. Also, you will provide project oversight, assisting QCIC’s regional team and partners to ensure client satisfaction, financial performance, and account growth.


  • Manages project and service work in the region on behalf of the client.
  • Acts as a point of contact on the account, responsible for managing communications for project-related engagements.
  • Manages and coordinates the project whilst enforcing the expectations of the client within QCIC teams, subcontractors, vendors, and partners.
  • Serves as a client advocate and liaison between QCIC, subcontractors, vendors, partners, and manufacturers. Helps develop unique approaches and introduces advanced solutions to client challenges, building confidence in QCIC as a trusted advisor
  • Drives consistency in the delivery of QCIC services across multiple locations as specified.
  • Ensures adherence to client standards, industry best practices, code requirements, and/or market regulations
  • Maintains all project documentation, and directs all communications and updates to the account lead in a regular and proactive manner.
  • Engages the support of internal resources and partners to introduce expertise that helps clients develop and implement their strategies
  • Proactively meets and communicates with clients. Seeks feedback, driving continuous improvement. Resolves issues in an effective and timely manner by engaging appropriate teams
  • Tracks financial performance on related projects and services to make sure all work is executed in a profitable manner. Compiles reports to provide spending data to internal teams and clients. Performs account fiscal analysis to present trends and make business recommendations
  • Potential management of a small team of installers.


NB: The successful candidate will be required to pass our own and client security screening procedures.
