Our client, a fledgling main contractor located in the Midlands, has recently secured 3 new projects around the M25. As they are now venturing further down the M1 into the Home Counties, they are keen to bring on board a Senior Project Manager to focus on schemes in the South East. Projects secured range in contract value from £10m - £25m.
Location of new projects secured:
Crawley, Basingstoke, Guildford, Kent You will work closely with the Construction Director and have day-to-day operational responsibility for the live project. The Candidate (Senior Project Manager): As a Senior Project Manager, you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive, with a positive can-do attitude and experience within the role as a Project Manager. You will require the following: Previous Industrial/Warehouse sector experience is essential. A working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts (Preferable). SMSTS. First Aid. A full UK driving license. The Package: Salary: Up to £90,000 dependent on experience. Company Car / Allowance. Contributory Pension. Bonus.
