Project Manager
to manage a 250k roofing & steel package on a heritage project in Central London. Works involved will include a full strip out of the existing pitch roofing system and replaced with a new slate system. Works also involve some structural alteration works to the existing steel works on the roof. The project is initially for 20 weeks with a view to going permanent. The Candidate
- must be capable of delivering a project reporting into a Construction Director and must be able to programme, client manage, trade management, site inductions, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site and Q/A etc. Site tickets required
are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified. My client is looking to pay a competitive day rate and can start the suitable candidate ASAP.
