Project Manager, Change and Operations Remote working GBP70k base + bonus + benefits

Project Manager is sought by thriving global Insurance group. This is a non-technical PM role based within the central project team. You will act as a major contributor to the delivery of change programmes to meet the strategic objectives of the business. This organisation is undergoing exciting organic and acquisitional growth, and experience within this field in a process or regulatory function would be ideal.

This is a remote working position.

Key Responsibilities Responsible for project timings, budget, quality, and reporting. Own the implementation of existing project delivery methods (process, standards, templates, reporting, etc.). Identify risks, highlighting these to relevant parties in good time and ensuring mitigating action is taken. Work within internal and external teams and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of projects. Direct and motivate the project team. Ensure timescales and costs are managed throughout the life cycle of the project. Be responsible for any change control throughout the project. Report to the PMO/IMO throughout. Fully adopt the PMO Framework and adhere to processes and procedures across all functions. Ensure all project artefacts and delivery outputs are delivered to a high quality. Key Skills and Experience Previous insurance experience useful, but not essential. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to lead and galvanise teams. Experience working as a Project Manager with Prince2 or similar. Customer interfacing experience - project oversight, customer presentation within the Insurance or Financial Services sectors. Regulatory change experience.
