What the role involves
- Leap29 are seeking a Project Manager, Contracts & Commercial – BESS with a strong electrical engineering background to support the development phase of large-scale renewable energy.
- Leading commercial and contractual strategy across project development.
- Review, and negotiate key agreements including EPC, BoP, grid connection, land, and OEM supply contracts.
- Act as the link between engineering and commercial teams, ensuring alignment between electrical scope and contractual obligations.
- Lead technical and commercial due diligence for project acquisitions, partnerships, and financing.
- Review electrical designs, grid connection strategies, and engineering studies to assess project viability.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.
