What the role involves

• Are you a technically capable Project Manager with a strong background in building services or M&E engineering, looking to deliver complex projects that genuinely make a difference.
• Working within a live, occupied environment, you will manage a varied portfolio of M&E, energy-efficiency and decarbonisation projects from concept through to completion.
• Ensure all works meet the estate’s technical standards and long-term operational requirements.
• Provide hands-on technical input.
• Manage consultants and contractors.

Skills and requirements

• We are seeking an individual with a strong technical foundation in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering, and proven experience delivering projects in complex, op.
• An interest in energy optimisation, decarbonisation and building performance is essential.
