Project Manager - Super High-End Client Side - Central London! This is a very rare and unique client side role in London that is almost impossible to turn down. The opportunity offers you the chance to work for one of the most prestigious names in London with an established team of Project Managers. The Role: Review documentation, processes and ensure compliance. Communicate with Stakeholders, Business Unit Directors and Senior Managers. Use knowledge of Building Surveying to work closely with Contractors. Treat the buildings as your pride and joy and be proactive in the care for them. Salary: Up to £70,000. The Project Manager: Education or partial experience in Building Surveying. 4 years plus pure Project Management experience in client side or consultancy. Good communication is imperative.
