The Bristol office covers the South West and is a market leader in the construction of new build schools and student accommodation, build to rent (PRS) apartments.
Project Manager - The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and lead a new build project in the Bristol area. You must have experience in the Education or Accommodation sector (PRS, Student, Apartments etc) and not housing.
Project Manager - The Person: You will have solid experience with either a national or regional main contractor. Demonstrable experience of delivering new build schools or apartments/accommodation. Experience delivering large construction projects of at least £20m. Proven experience with meeting customer expectations and ability to demonstrate a customer-centric approach. Innovative - ability to identify better ways of doing things. High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme. A track record of delivering projects across multi-sectors.
