The Bristol office covers the South West and is a market leader in the construction of new build schools and student accommodation, build to rent (PRS) apartments.
Project Manager - The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and lead a new build project in the Bristol area. You must have experience in Education or Accommodation sector (PRS, Student, Apartments etc) and not housing.
Project Manager - The Person You will have solid experience with either a national or regional main contractor Demonstrable experience of delivering a new build Schools or Apartments/accommodation Experience delivering large construction projects of at least £20m Proven experience with meeting customer expectations and ability to demonstrate customer centric approach Innovative - ability to identify better ways of doing things High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme A track record of delivering projects across multi-sectors Commutable to Bristol WITHOUT relocation The Reward: Competitive salary Car or allowance Bonus scheme Company benefits package Continued local work within the region.
