My client, is a market leader in roofing, facades and waterproofing solutions across the UK, and are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to join their team. The work they carry out covers commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, leisure, rail, residential, and retail sectors. The Role As Project Manager, you will oversee projects that involve roofing, cladding, facades, and walls, with a key focus on waterproofing systems. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will include: Managing projects involving various waterproofing methods. Conducting surveys to identify waterproofing defects in wet and dry conditions. Ensuring compatibility of waterproofing solutions with diverse roofing systems. Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple sectors to deliver tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute waterproofing projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Oversee and manage project teams, contractors, and suppliers. Provide technical expertise on waterproofing methods and materials. Ensure accurate defect analysis through thorough surveys and diagnostics. Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Monitor budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes. Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction waterproofing. In-depth knowledge of all waterproofing methods, including cementitious, liquid waterproofing, bituminous membranes, and polyurethane liquid membranes. Strong understanding of roofing systems and their interaction with waterproofing solutions. Experience managing projects across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, industrial, and residential. Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage fast-track projects and adapt to complex requirements. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred. Willingness to travel across the UK. Why Join Them?
