Leading regional contractor with a busy and growing office covering the South East region. Sectors of work include Residential, Education, Commercial, and Leisure. New build, Refurbishment, and Fit-out. Interesting variety of bespoke projects. The company has been awarded a number of new projects in the Hampshire region from a key client and requires an experienced Project Manager to lead the site delivery teams.
Project Your first project will be a new build retirement village (£12m); this is a long-term project, and you will be responsible for managing the site operations and the successful delivery of the project.
Person Specification You must have successfully delivered new build projects. Have excellent communication skills. Have run projects from start to finish and been involved in all aspects of the build. Worked for a reputable contractor. Experience on £multi million developments. Variety of projects including Residential, Commercial, and Education. Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently. Programming using ASTA or similar software packages. Health and Safety awareness is paramount. All certificates must be current.
