MOD provider
who are looking to bring on a
Project Manager
to work in
Portsmouth
to lead and deliver specialist construction and estate management projects across the estates. This is a
full time, permanent role
working 37 hours per week with flexible, adaptive working options, with typically two to three days working from home. You will be delivering and managing all phases of both new build and refurbishment projects ensuring they are delivered in a timely and effective manner. Managing project documentation to include bids, proposals and third party documentation (configuration control). Travel to various other sites required. Experience required: Experience of CDM Regulations and must have acted as client or similar role on construction-related projects. Degree in construction management or civil/structural engineering. 3 years project management experience.
