As they continue to expand, they are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their dynamic team and drive projects to successful completion. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of all projects. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocations. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges. Administer contracts effectively, managing variations and claims to optimize project outcomes. Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project delivery. Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements:

Experience in project management within the construction or civil engineering sector. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
