Calibre Search are now working with a thriving and expansive Consultancy who have an urgent requirement for a Project Manager to join their team in Rugby, Warwickshire.
The Practice themselves are a leading firm of Project Managers and Cost Consultants who have really become the go-to specialists in all industrial new build developments across the UK.
Due to the increase in workload, they now require an accomplished Project Manager to aid them on several large scale industrial shed schemes which you will be assisting and leading on with the other Directors.
Ideally, you will have a few years at least under your belt working ideally within a Construction Consultancy or Main Contractor background. Having any previous experience working on industrial units would be beneficial; however, general construction management from a client-side position is the key factor for this role.

Lead with the day-to-day delivery of projects and in time, become confident in leading projects. Undertake contract administration and deal with Tenders. Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects. Assist in the management of consultant teams. Ensure that the built product is compliant with the contract. Identify access and mitigate potential risks to the project's schedule. Liaise with the client on deviations from specification, budget, etc. Conduct meetings and show strong communication and client-facing skills. Ensure that all CDM regulations have been followed throughout the delivery of the project. Manage logistics and resource allocation to ensure delivery of the project.
