An existing client of Sphere Solutions is looking to appoint a
Project Manager / Contracts Manager , to commence a new role with immediate effect. My client is an established regional Main Contractor, based in Bristol. As a business, they operate within
New Build ,
Fit Out / Refurbishment ,
Cladding ,
M&E , and
Facilities Management . This role is specifically for the
Cladding
arm of the business, based out of their Cardiff Office. You will oversee multiple simultaneous Cladding / Facade projects (based across the UK), whilst being able to attend the Cardiff office for meetings around 1-2 days per week. You will have relevant Degree level qualifications, as well as good knowledge and experience within the above-mentioned sectors. My client is happy to consider an individual already working in a Contracts Management capacity, or a Project Manager looking to progress.
