Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Customer & Experience Transformation to join our team. This role focuses on regulated GxP processes in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry, managing complex programs and ensuring seamless interaction with businesses, IT teams, and vendors. The successful candidate will oversee delivery processes, manage requirements, and lead initiatives for enhanced digital and marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage large, complex programs in regulated GxP environments. Collaborate with vendors, business teams, and IT stakeholders to meet project goals. Manage requirements, enhancement requests, and work items to align with business needs and timelines. Organize and lead program-level meetings and ensure action items are addressed. Update and manage the support/release roadmap for business/technical initiatives. Interact with subject matter experts to oversee delivery processes and requirements.
Required Skills (maximum Of 6)
Program management experience in regulated GxP processes within Healthcare and Life Sciences. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with Abbott stakeholders and delivery teams. Deep experience with Digital, Marketing/Adobe Stack, and ESL technologies. Proficiency in handling large and complex programs. Proven ability to manage requirements and deliver projects within specified timelines. Expertise in creating and managing support/release roadmaps.
Nice-to-Have Skills (maximum Of 3)
Additional program management skills in regulated GxP environments. Experience in enhancing business processes with digital marketing solutions. Adept at working with stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes.
