About the role: Having the right people is essential for us to deliver the exceptional levels of service that our clients deserve. Our skilled team are experts in their field with market-leading experience and accreditation levels. You will be responsible for delivering the overall project objectives and specific team deliverables, by the planning of project activities and executing assigned tasks/work within the expected quality standards, to ensure the project is a success. This role will be based onsite in Aberdeen. Requirements Here are the key skills and experience relevant to this role: Key attributes: Strong experience of planning and managing multiple projects in an IT infrastructure or application environment Experience of working within the oil and gas industry Understanding of Project Online Good verbal and written communication skills Strong project planning and execution skills Ability to develop projects and deliver them against financial and resource constraints Proven track record with the use of reporting tools to monitor project activities and analyse project performance Strong knowledge of project management principles including Waterfall or Agile Key Technical Skills: Experience of delivering security solutions and services focused projects with a good understanding of security principles and Cyber risks Understanding of common cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, Cyber Essential) Familiarity of network security, cloud security, and systems architecture, current and upcoming Cyber compliance requirements (e.g., NIS, GDPR) Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for IS projects, following the agreed IS project delivery framework Project estimation for budget and resourcing Establishes appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria May be required to provide out of hours support via an on-call rota Benefits At Sword, our core values and culture are based on caring about our people, investing in training and career development, and building inclusive teams where we are all encouraged to contribute to achieve success.
