Position:

Project Manager (Cut & Carve, demolition, enabling works)

Location:

Major central London projects £10m to £20m

Salary:

£90k to £100k + benefits

This contractor, part of a larger civils group, has had a successful few months securing some brilliant schemes. They have multiple projects starting Jan/Feb, hence the need to strengthen their project management team.

They take on complex schemes across the capital, so you'll need to have a solid track record working on central London cut & carve/enabling projects up to £20m in value.

Desired Skills/Experience:

Excellent client liaison skills, solid ability to build rapport and work closely with developers/consultants. Experience with complex London zone 1 projects - logistically challenging sites, temporary works, party wall agreements, façade retention etc. Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar. Background can be specialist demolition contractors or civil engineering/cut & carve.
