Position: Project Manager - Cut & Carve, Enabling Works, Top Down Demolition
Location: Central London only Salary: £80k to £90k plus package (DOE) They focus on inner London (largely zone 1) projects, often in challenging locations and all with complex scopes of work. They work as both a subcontractor and principal contractor. Scope tends to be: Cut & Carve, structural demolition, strip outs, asbestos removal, facade retention, temp works etc. with project values ranging from £5m to £25m. Requirements:
