Experienced Project Manager required for a privately owned developer based in Surrey with projects throughout England. This role is pre-construction, focusing on delivering the pre-construction works on a number of schemes that are up to £6m in value. The schemes will be a mixture of residential and holiday park extensions, aimed at building carbon-neutral dwellings to help businesses reduce their carbon footprint. The responsibilities include running the sites from the office/home, dealing with these schemes at the design stage by conducting cost appraisals, planning appraisals, and programme appraisals to ensure readiness for the main contractor to begin work. You will monitor the project as it is built, ensuring discussions occur if the contractor deviates from the appraisals and plans created. This role is best suited for someone with client-side or consultancy experience in
