Project Manager , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a timely, quality and under-budget project. The Project Manager is the primary point of contact for the customer when planning and implementing Elekta solutions. What you’ll do at Elekta Would you like to be part of our driven global team, where we aim to attract and invite the best competences to Elekta? We are offering you an exciting opportunity to join our Region Europe Project Delivery Team. In this exciting and diverse role, you will work closely with other Elekta teams and our customers to schedule and deploy resources to client sites within the remit of the projects. The success of the Project Manager relies strongly on his/her ability to communicate, set, and maintain clear expectations with all stakeholders involved in the project. Responsibilities Ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner, within scope and within margin while ensuring customer expectations are appropriately managed. Responsible for meeting the Company’s revenue goals, through meeting the revenue forecast for the projects directly managed and constantly search for projects to be pulled forward into fiscal year quarters to attain the revenue goals. Develop project plans and monitor progress against these. Identify and manage project stakeholders. Develop and perform project communication plans. Perform project risk assessments as required and design risk mitigation strategies. Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. What you bring Project Management experience (medical software or hardware implementation is considered an asset and is preferred) Understanding of radiotherapy and neuroscience systems and supporting SW systems Excellent time management, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and flexible Ability to travel 60% of the working week to customer sites. Strong interpersonal skills Ability to accomplish objectives with and through others without direct control Fluent in MS Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Fluent English (written and spoken) Why should you join Elekta?
