Project Manager

plays a crucial role in the organisation by providing the necessary information for designing, manufacturing, and installing compliant, fit-for-purpose products. Responsible for the management of all project activities

within the business, ensuring each customer order is managed from acceptance to delivery. Our client are seeking someone with some demonstrable Project Management experience, specifically around mechanical and electrical aspects, ideally with some experience within the construction industry, however experience within other industries will also

be considered. You will collaborate across various departments, demonstrating excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to be flexible and adaptable. This role will require some travel within the UK&I and on occasions, internationally. Security clearance will be required. Key responsibilities for the role of the

Project Manager : Review and ensure understanding of the proposal and the associated project costings Co-ordinate and manage the Projects Planning process from inception to project completion Ensure each project is within the legal framework defined by each contract, taking account of the geographical, political, legal and cultural differences of each country. Develop and monitor detailed project plans to pro-actively track progress and ensure projects are on target for completion within agreed timescales. Highlight through the project plan any blocks or issues that may impact on completion within agreed timescales and advise. Establish and maintain project cost management and financial monitoring and provide regular in project reporting to the Senior Management Team Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met which may require site visits and overseas travel, to ensure the customer has complete visibility of the project. Be responsible for the sub-contractors on each project to ensure the correct design and implementation of each project is legally agreed and understood by all parties. Liaise directly with subcontractors on all Health and Safety elements of the projects, work together to produce safe working strategies and comprehensive RAMS agreed, signed and constantly reviewed by all parties throughout the project. Liaise with technical sales to ensure the specifications are fully compliant, understood and agreed for each contract. Be responsible for all project management documentation, including pre installation site visit survey, daily weekly reports, sub contactor. Have awareness of and follow NEC 3 framework on all projects Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes Be responsible for and comply with the ISO9001 2015 standards
