The Digital & Process Performance (DPP) function is organized into key teams to drive transformation effectively.
Processes & Applications
focuses on modernizing core business processes, while
Data & Analytics
enables data-driven decision-making.
IT Operations
ensures reliable and secure IT infrastructure, and the
Transformation Management Office
drives Huhtamaki wide business transformation initiatives with strategic goals.
We are looking for a
Project Manager , reporting to our Head of Strategic Planning, focusing on our ERP rollout.
Key Responsibilities
Project leadership:
Plan, execute, and deliver the digital projects, including but not limited to ERP rollouts (data migration, integrations, testing, and post-implementation support) on time, within scope, and on budget, while managing resources, risks, and issues.
Stakeholder management:
Engage business, cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership, ensuring effective communication, collection of business requirements, buy-in, and alignment with business goals.
Change management / user training:
Develop and implement strategies for user training, adoption, and smooth organizational transition to the new ERP system.
Performance and Delivery:
Monitor project progress, control costs, address challenges, and ensure ERP success through continuous improvement and feedback.
Education/Experience required:
Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field
4+ years of project management experience and knowledge
Experience with ERP platforms; e.g. Oracle (preferred), SAP, Workday
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects
Strong understanding of business and project management methodologies
Excellent leadership skills
