Project Manager - Devon An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and reputable contractor as a Project Manager on a permanent basis. This contractor’s type of works is predominantly refurbishment with some extensions as part of the overall projects within mainly Education and Healthcare valuing up to £4m. Responsibilities:

Manage all site operations, site team, subcontractors Liaising with clients and reporting progress Coordinate work of subcontractors for various phases Leading the planning and programming of the project Delivering projects within budget, by deadline, safely and to a high quality standard Managing all documentation relating to Health, Safety and Compliance Monitoring progress against established targets / deadlines Organising and supervising labour Requirements:

Experience of JCT contracts Trade background desirable Asbestos awareness SMSTS First Aid at Work CSCS Card Relevant driving licence
