Project Manager – Devon
An incredible opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a well-established regional building contractor on a permanent basis! This contractor offers a complete package of construction-related services including design and build through to refurbishment and associated fit-out works with clients including Government, Local Authorities, Healthcare, Universities and Housing Providers. As the Project Manager, you will be working for a respectable and thriving contractor managing commercial schemes and are responsible for delivering the results on time, within budget and to the agreed quality and specification. Responsibilities:
Maintain & develop overall strategy for the project Manage and maintain a clear staffing structure Procure materials, plant and sub-contractors Ensure all works carried out are in accordance with all HS&E and the site Health Safety and Environmental Plans Mitigate legal issues and defects liability for the business Liaise with Contracts Managers on a Monthly basis, client and end users Requirements:
