We are seeking a Project Manager for our FalconWorks team, located in Warton. We offer a competitive salary ranging from £54,793 to £60,326, depending on skills and experience. This role supports the Odyssey Training Transformation Programme, which comprises six work streams. I will be responsible for managing the IT and Facilities work packages within the programme and will report to both the DTD&I Business Partner and the overall Odyssey project. I will manage aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring that the project meets the needs of customers and users while achieving financial and other targets. I will contribute to organizational policies, standards, and guidelines for measurement. This includes reviewing data collection and storage mechanisms to support measurement. I will assist the user community with transition support and change planning, liaising with the project team as needed. Furthermore, I will monitor and report progress on business readiness targets, business engagement activity, training design and deployment activities, key operational metrics, and return to productivity measures. I will translate communications and stakeholder engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables. As a single point of contact, I will facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders by developing, maintaining, and adhering to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans. I will provide informed feedback to promote understanding and capture and disseminate technical and business information. I will utilize appropriate methods, tools, and techniques, selecting from plan-driven/predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approaches. Minimum Requirements

Awareness of business unit policies and processes. Experience of working in an IT Function. Excellent customer and stakeholder management. Desirable: Evidence of problem-solving skills, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information. Foundation level of experience in delivering objectives in line with some, if not all, of the Project Management IM&T skill sets.
