About the client: Our client is a family run main contractor specialising in refurbishment, restoration & decoration, fit out and maintenance across a variety of sectors. About the Role: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential, heritage, and leisure. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, procurement, and site supervision. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk registers. Procure and manage subcontractors, ensuring they deliver work to the required quality, time, and cost. Monitor site progress, identify and resolve any potential issues proactively. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes. Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, with a strong focus on fit-out projects across commercial, residential, heritage, and leisure sectors. Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, building regulations, and health and safety standards. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project and other relevant software. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB) preferred. Desirable Skills:

Experience in using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. Experience in managing complex projects with tight deadlines. Negotiation and procurement experience.
