As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with both internal and external customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and self-motivated individual who is dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent project management and attention to detail. A background in the construction industry is highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities Customer-Centric Project Management:

Take full ownership of projects from handover to installation, with a strong emphasis on delivering an outstanding customer experience. Collaborative Meetings:

Conduct meetings with the sales team on complex, bespoke projects prior to contract agreement to ensure all customer specifications and expectations are met accurately. Progress Communication:

Lead weekly meetings with internal departments to provide clients with timely progress updates, ensuring transparency and a commitment to customer service at all stages of the project. System Maintenance:

Keep our in-house system updated with project progress from sales release to installation, maintaining clear communication about the status of each project. Client Engagement:

Regularly engage with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and written correspondence, keeping them informed and focused on their needs throughout the project lifecycle. Cross-Department Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery and address any customer needs promptly. Logistics Management:

Oversee transport and dispatch requests, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer timelines. Payment Adherence:

Ensure clients comply with payment terms and proactively address any issues related to project deliverables to maintain customer satisfaction. Documentation and Compliance:

Carefully document and manage variations to projects, ensuring all changes align with client expectations and contractual agreements. Health and Safety Standards:

Adhere to our clients' high standards and comply with all health and safety regulations to guarantee a safe working environment for everyone involved. Process Improvement:

Contribute to the development and enhancement of new processes that drive better performance within the department and overall company efficiency. Site Visits:

Travel to project sites as necessary for surveys or meetings, reinforcing our commitment to customer engagement. Pre-Contract Meetings:

Attend pre-contract/pre-start meetings with the Group Sales Teams to ensure all customer requirements are understood and met from the outset. Internal Communication:

Provide clear and concise instructions to internal departments to facilitate efficient project completion and uphold customer service excellence. Reporting Assistance:

Assist in preparing reports for the Senior Management Team and Board of Directors, ensuring that customer feedback and project insights are included. Additional Support:
