Turner Lovell is working closely with a global Energy Engineering Services business to source a Project Manager to focus on grid services within EMEA. You will lead all aspects of medium and large scale projects, with multiple clients, managing and guiding teams of multi-discipline professionals while coordinating the activities of all third-party companies contributing to the project delivery. This is a hybrid role that can be based close to any of the 4 UK offices of this business. This role will be accountable across several key areas: Managing risks related to cost, schedule, and quality throughout the full project lifecycle Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and client satisfaction Overseeing the day-to-day execution of projects, including financial metrics, planning, scheduling, and staffing Coordinating technical requirements relating to grid and substation projects Obtaining new/repeat business and supporting contract negotiations To be considered for this role you should have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Significant experience in grid and/or substation projects within EMEA. Proven background in managing and leading teams of multi-discipline professionals. Experience in coordinating the activities of all third-party stakeholders and companies contributing to the project delivery. It would be beneficial to have: PMP certification Experience working in large engineering consultancy environments Experience in data centre design, EV charging infrastructure, and BESS projects You will receive an attractive salary and package reflective of your experience.
