Our team are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager with built form experience to assist and work on the multi-storey car park as part of the Airport Central Program of works. What You'll Do :

As a Project Manager for the Ground Transport Consolidation Project Eastern Pod at Perth Airport, you'll assist in the project's delivery, ensuring it meets scope, quality, time, and budget requirements. Your daily tasks will include: Planning and managing project activities. Identifying and mitigating risks. Facilitating stakeholder engagement. Building strong relationships with project owners, designers, contractors, and stakeholders to enhance Perth Airport's reputation. Handling procurement activities. Conducting on-site safety inspections. Monitoring project progress. Preparing and reviewing key project documentation. Tracking project variations. Managing project cash flow. Participating in project meetings and submitting reports. Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. About You :

To be successful in this role, you should: Hold tertiary qualifications and/or have 5 to 10 years' experience in project management, building design, architecture, or engineering. Demonstrate full accountability in managing projects independently. Have proven experience in delivering built form projects in complex environments, such as aviation, health, defence, laboratory, or manufacturing. Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills. Possess a solid commercial understanding of contractual rights and obligations related to projects. Have basic knowledge and application of project controls. Be proficient in using project information systems, particularly Aconex. Be highly organised with exceptional time management skills.
