Project Manager: Data Center White Space Fit-Out . The successful candidate will be supporting the DC delivery organization division in planning, managing, delivering and commissioning client facing projects within the whitespace of NTT's Data Center portfolio. The organization is responsible for executing cage and suite fit out projects in the whitespace as well as managing any future expansions or services for those customers. This is a full time hybrid permanent position. What you will do Collaboration with Commercial Management & Design teams to ensure scope of work is defined and understood Preparation of cost estimates and delivery dates against scope of work in order to actively support bid management Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget Cross-departmental communication and cooperation with internal stakeholders including commercial management, Finance/Controlling, local operations, Health & Safety teams and other delivery teams contributing to the project Development of detailed project plans and schedules where required Ensure all work carried out is in line with company Health & Safety policies with no exceptions Controlling external service providers with regard to quality of execution, H&S performance and compliance with the agreed contractual obligations, as well as their documentation Creation of reporting (minimum weekly) for regular project control with regards to deviations (including costs, scheduling and quality requirements) Create and manage project budget ensuring cost control and mitigate overspend Ensure smooth handover of delivery to both operations and clients against pre-defined checklists and protocols What we are looking for Industry experience in critical infrastructure, such as Data Center industry, oil and gas industry, pharmaceutical industry, engineering in power plant construction, plant engineering or mechanical engineering advantageous Experience in project management, preferably in an international environment Has an understanding or experience in managing Health & Safety across Data Centers or similar construction industries Business fluent in English Solid technical background with respect to ICT, Telecoms, Racks & electrical works, with understanding or hands-on experience in Data Centre White Space Fit Outs PRINCE II/PMP certification or similar preferable Willing to travel domestically or internationally where required Security vetting as required Ability to work in multinational, interdisciplinary and culturally diverse teams What we offer An agile company culture with short decision-making paths and plenty of opportunities to show personal initiative Allowance for the use of public transport and job bikes Allowance for the use of sports facilities and a company gym Allowance for lunch and an excellent canteen facility Individual training and development opportunities Numerous other additional benefits such as birthday vouchers, employee advisory program, employee referral scheme, company events and much more We look forward to hearing from you!
