The Job Predominantly working with internal stakeholders, with some client interaction as and when needed, you will be helping to deliver outstanding retail marketing projects & campaigns to help strengthen our client's market share contributing to bottom line growth. Managing project workflows, overseeing and co-ordinating all aspects of Shop fit, Shop-in-Shop, Retail Display & Pop-Up Shop projects in their entirety from initial concepts, supporting account management, creative design, purchasing and budget control to final delivery & implementation. Key Competencies/Characteristics You will be friendly, approachable, dynamic, flexible and passionate about project management. You will work well in a team and be equally comfortable working on your own initiative. You will be confident and able to quickly foster strong relationships with colleagues and supply chain partners. You will have positive energy, able to face project challenges head-on and always be committed to finding solutions to every challenge. Key Responsibilities Ownership of each of your projects – taking clear project briefs and/or supporting account management to obtain clear project briefs Project planning and implementation to the highest quality, to deadline and to brief Close liaison with internal and external stakeholders and departments; Account Management, studio team, engineering, production and external suppliers, for example Act as guardian of costs and calling out scope change or slippage Supplier liaison, verbally, written and face to face for costs, lead times, fabrication & construction methods and QC Project timeline planning and implementation including milestones and gate-keeping of project timelines Project status reporting and ongoing evaluation Raising purchase orders and monitoring budgets and ownership of project P&L including cost analysis to meet project financial objectives Project forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, cross checking supplier costs and initiating corrective actions if required Essential skills Project management (minimum 5 yrs related experience) Stakeholder management & influence Budget management Proven negotiation skills Solution based thinker Excellent written and oral communication skills
